Susan is originally from New Jersey and received a B.S. Degree in Consumer Affairs, with a minor in Art, from Syracuse University. She also studied at the NY School of Interior Design.

Susan has extensive personal experience in buying, renovating, building and selling homes in New Jersey, California, Florida and the British Virgin Islands. 

Sarasota has been home to Susan for 14 years and she will gladly share all that the "cultural coast" has to offer. She has been a Realtor for 7 ½ years in Sarasota.

Her art and design background is utilized in helping clients envision the possibilities of turning a house into their unique and imaginative HOME. 

Her marketing and business background is used to help negotiate the BEST price and bring you to a successful closing in the least amount of time while making it a pleasant experience.

Susan has dealt with many real estate agents and knows what she LIKED and DIDN'T like about that experience. Her emphasis is on COMMUNICATION with and from her clients throughout the entire process of buying or selling real property.
